A complete yearly checkup built around men’s health, so you can stay strong for the people who count on you.
Same-day appointments available. Major insurances accepted.
Many men only see a provider when something hurts. But some of the most serious health problems, like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and some cancers, often cause no symptoms in their early stages. A yearly Well Man Exam helps find these problems early, when they are easier to treat.
At We Care Urgent Care Plus and FATTAH Primary Care, your exam, lab work, X-rays, EKG, and follow-up are all handled under one roof. If you ever get sick between visits, our urgent care is open 7 days a week with the same team that already knows your health history.
Catch health issues before they become serious and harder to treat.
Keep your screenings and vaccines up to date for your age and risk.
Leave with clear next steps for your heart, weight, energy, and long-term health.
Your personal and family medical history, medications, supplements, allergies, and daily habits such as sleep, diet, exercise, tobacco, and alcohol use.
Blood pressure, heart rate, breathing rate, oxygen level, temperature, height, weight, and BMI.
Eyes, ears, nose, throat, neck and thyroid, heart, lungs, abdomen, skin, lymph nodes, muscles, joints, and reflexes.
Blood pressure and cholesterol review, plus your 10-year heart disease risk. An on-site EKG is available when your provider recommends one.
Based on your age and risk, this may include a complete blood count, metabolic panel (kidney, liver, and blood sugar), cholesterol panel, A1c for diabetes, thyroid test, and urinalysis. Lab testing is done through our trusted partners, LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics.
A private conversation and screening for stress, depression, anxiety, and sleep problems.
We check your vaccine record and recommend what you need, such as flu, tetanus (Tdap), shingles, or pneumonia vaccines.
Your results explained in plain language, screenings that are due, and practical guidance on nutrition, exercise, weight, and quitting tobacco or vaping.

If you bring up a new problem or an ongoing condition during your exam, such as back pain, a rash, or a change to your blood pressure medicine, that part of the visit may be billed as a regular office visit, and a copay may apply. Our front desk team is happy to check your benefits before your visit. Self-pay options are available.
Most men should have one every year. Your provider may suggest a different schedule based on your health.
Only if your provider plans to check your cholesterol or blood sugar. We will let you know when you book.
Most visits take about 30 to 60 minutes.
