We Urgent Care Plus provides primary care medical services:
All medical services are provided by board-certified physicians and licensed healthcare professionals. Our services are intended for patients 18 years of age and older unless otherwise specified. We Urgent Care Plus does not provide emergency medical services. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room immediately.
By providing my phone number to We Urgent Care Plus, you agree and acknowledge that We Urgent Care Plus, may send customer care and account notification text messages to your wireless phone number for updates related to upcoming appointment reminders, patient updates, billing reminders, and account notifications. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
If you have consented to receive customer care and account notification text messages from We Urgent Care Plus, you may receive text messages related to healthcare services. Below are examples:
Customers will opt-in for SMS messaging from We Urgent Care Plus through intake forms on our Contact Us form. This agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Customers will be able to opt out of SMS messaging from Fattah Primary Care by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message, once opted-out they will receive no further SMS communication. They can Opt back In at any time by replying START.
The information and services provided on this website and at our clinic are not intended to replace emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, or any other urgent medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
We Urgent Care Plus is not equipped to handle life-threatening emergencies and is not an emergency care facility.
Appointments may be scheduled online through PatientFusion, by phone at (346) 478-6611, or by email at info@wecareurgentcareplus.com. Walk-in patients are welcome during regular business hours, subject to provider availability.
We request that patients provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in the requirement of a deposit for future appointments or possible discharge from the practice at the discretion of the clinic.
Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us maintain timely care for all patients.
We Urgent Care Plus accepts most major insurance plans. Please contact our office to confirm whether your specific insurance plan is accepted before scheduling an appointment.
Patients are responsible for any co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurance amounts required by their insurance plan. For services not covered by insurance, patients are responsible for full payment at the time of service. We Urgent Care Plus will make reasonable efforts to verify your insurance benefits prior to your visit, but cannot guarantee coverage or payment by your insurer.
Patients without insurance coverage may be seen on a self-pay basis. Please contact our office for information on self-pay rates and payment options. Payment is expected at the time of service.
